Leading Growth function at Daydream - finding product-market fit for real-time AI video. I collaborate and run growth, user research, and community for Scope, an open-source tool for running interactive AI video pipelines. My job is to find the users who can't live without this and make sure the product earns that.
Before Daydream, I was early at Lovable (the AI app builder, formerly GPT-Engineer). Joined pre-PMF, helped build the operational and community foundation before it grew into a $400M+ ARR company.
Before that, 14 years as a founder running two UX and software studios. Products shipped to hundreds of millions of users. Before that, Microsoft (Croatia and Denmark).
