Resolves two security advisories in path-to-regexp, a transitive dependency of express via router: - GHSA-27v5-c462-wpq7: ReDoS via multiple wildcards (CVE-2026-4923) - GHSA-j3q9-mxjg-w52f: DoS via sequential optional groups (CVE-2026-4926) Both advisories affect 8.0.0 to <8.4.0 and are fixed in 8.4.0. The router dependency constraint is ^8.0.0, so this is a non-breaking lockfile-only update.
