This issue is in regards to the Github Actions "Reuse Workflows" documentation page. Link: https://docs.github.com/en/actions/how-tos/write-workflows/choose-what-workflows-do/pass-job-outputs

Why:

Closes:

What's being changed (if available, include any code snippets, screenshots, or gifs):

In the "Next Steps" section of this page, adds a link about how to pass outputs between workflows (This link: https://docs.github.com/en/actions/how-tos/reuse-automations/reuse-workflows#using-outputs-from-a-reusable-workflow).

This link should be present because one would expect information about this scenario somewhere on this page, even if just a link to other documentation as that's exactly what I experienced. Having this link leads to less Googling and needless searching.

Check off the following:

  • A subject matter expert (SME) has reviewed the technical accuracy of the content in this PR. In most cases, the author can be the SME. Open source contributions may require an SME review from GitHub staff.
  • The changes in this PR meet the docs fundamentals that are required for all content.
  • All CI checks are passing and the changes look good in the review environment.

@mcummings128 Sure, seems like a reasonable addition. I'll definitely accept this. We're in a deploy freeze while our engineers are investigating something, but once that's over.
